  • Experience as a CRM BA – 2+ years
  • Experience as a BA – 5+ years
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM /CE implementations
  • Customer experience
  • Knowledge or Dynamics CRM to CE upgrades
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Great organisational skills and to meet deadlines on time
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
